Built in 1923 and originally housing Singletary & Whiddon Plantation Supply/Farm Goods, our historic, three-story warehouse is located in the heart of Historic Downtown Dothan. The Swan Building, as it's now known, has been restored & repurposed from top to bottom and is adorned with one of the few remaining original neon signs left Downtown. Today, it is home to Mural City Coffee Company, one of the largest specialty coffee roasteries, espresso and tea bars in the nation. Its upper floors house production space for MCCC, meeting areas, and a private loft residence. Its transformation was one family's labor of love and was featured in the Spring 2019 edition of Preservation Magazine as well as Sprudge's Buildouts of Summer. The location has since been sought after for photo sessions, events, business meetings, and gatherings of all kinds. Mural City Coffee Company has quickly become well known for being the region's finest, on-site specialty coffee roastery and loose leaf tea bar, as well as a third space for the community and a must-see for tourists and locals alike.
